"It is with great sadness that I announce the death of Dr. Annabell Segarra’s father. Mr. Paul Segarra died this past Saturday at 2:00 am. Services will be held at Ehret Funeral Home in Rio Piedras on Sunday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
