but i'd just like to say, no matter what, we will still love 112 tons. and we miss us! (i miss us. i'm pretty sure many of us do, too.) thanks for such a wonderful year, for each and every one of you completing 31 of us (was it 31? WHOOPS! SORRY!)

GOOD LUCK IN YOUR FUTURE ENDEAVOURS WHATEVER YOU DO.

gratz to all who have made it thus far into the year - we'll survive another one! no matter what make sure you wave and say hi when you walk past each other in the corridors. we should never forget what a wonderful year 2006 was! (this is the part we all start crying)

we should have a reunion sometime in june as well. and we'll make it like COMPULSORY! haha yay me.

okaaaay. let's get this straight. EXCO will be sending you guys all the finalised details regarding class chalet ASAP. we should be including amount of money spent per head, and timeline, and all the other arrangements. okay.

the year is coming to an end. [so fast right]
seems like yesterday when we first stepped into class trying to get ourselves comfortable.
and after numerous seat arrangements and new acquaintances, our time together is finally coming to a close..
thank you so much for your love for 112 throughout the year. believing in class bonding has brought us this far - yes, our class is pretty bonded now!
even though we has our disagreements it's okay because.. we still got through in the end.

How to get there:

The resort has a free two-way shuttle bus service to the Pasir Ris MRT that starts from 8.45 am in the morning. Please visit the website at http://www.costasands.com.sg/web/exploreAndPlan/bus.aspx.

If my table-reading skills aren’t faulty, the first bus that reaches Pasir Ris MRT will be at 8.45am and arrive at 9.05am at the resort. However, as the check-in time is (inconveniently) after 2.30pm, for those intending to use this shuttle bus service, you can choose between arriving at 2.05pm and 3.05pm. Since the rest of the class should be reaching at 2.30pm (as the schedule is currently), it is not advisable to take the shuttle bus. Last day of school. It's been a great year and although most of us never really got to know everyone in class, it's been fun with you guys. Considering that Sarah kisses, Nana bites and Jing Xuan has the lung power of a fire engine's siren, I'd be lying if I said that this year was completely normal :) To all those who have contributed in one way or another to make my year a less-frightening experience than I envisioned: Thank you. Yes! The time has finally come! EOYs are OVER!!! (ok I think i'm like, 5 days too late XD) Our post-EOYs holidays are over too :( boohooo at least they will be in 22 hours...

Happy Hari Raya (I know I'm one day late :$) and congrats for surviving thru one month of fasting (hmm... i wonder...) :D And er, yeah, I must admit I won't have been able to do that. (though I do wonder why ppl fast. The muslims I asked nvr gave me any satisfactory answer :))

Er, ok, I took some photos of our class b4 our math EOY =) Er.. well they're rather blurry, only 2 aren't that bad. hmm and I realised that I owe some ppl photos :P I promised to send them and I 4got :$ sorry those of you!

oh and I'm sorry for sending out so many emails, one person highlighted (in a good way) that it seemed as though I was sending emails like as though I were chatting on msn... I guess its true. So yeah, I'm sorry for doing that, I suppose it was unconsciously, and I guessed everyone was like me and liked reading emails and updates =)

tomorrow is returning-of-papers day :(:(:( all the best guys! Hopefully it'll be filled with shouts of joy =/ I'm sure you guys will do fine... don't be too stressed out by your/your parents' expectations.

hello all!

firstly, GOOD LUCK FOR THE EXAMS! :D

secondly, regarding the class tee thing. mandi and i planned to send it for printing on monday after english but we are now unable to as ms. ong did not approve of our design due to the fact that it had more than four colours. hence, i am going to ask jaz to edit her design to 2 colours although it will not be as nice anymore and i'll just take away the twelvers'06 from chinwei's one.

mandi and i are deeply apologetic about this whole issue and i am willing to bear all consequences (eg scolding, whacking strangling, NOT tickling or poking) please don't be angry.

and i highly doubt that it'll be printed in time for netball carn but we'll try our very best! the time we have left together is not much and i think we should treasure it?

don't be too disheartened about the netball carn thing. i mean, most importantly, have fun and as long as you give your best, i dont see why you should regret or feel sad even if we dont win. there's still hope! :D

Heehee sorry I know I think I'm taking up lots of space. But anyway. These are 3 photos from orientation, just found 'em =) Starting to remember. I think though we were kind of upset with each other during orientation :( And we looked so different too! (quite lah.) Remember though, how long we took to prepare... though actually I think the plot ws kind of, shallow :P and silly. Oh well. At least we can remember our ORIENTATION CONCERT =)

okay. yup. updates for class tee design.

1. NAMES. well, considering the number of responses on the tagboard, it's quite obvious many of you want it and i REALLY REALLY don't mind. just that i would like to give my opinion on something. the advantages of having names are all in the posts and tagboard already so i shan't elaborate.

you see, if we incorporate the names into the design, it'll be cluttered and there wouldn't be any focal point. like people wouldn't know what to focus on. the picture, the text or the names. next, about the part about remembering your classmates 10 years down the road. if you have it, you CAN remember the names. but it does not guarantee that you will remember how the person looks like or even who she really is, so it defeats it's purpose. and lastly, it's VERY common. well, what i was thinking is, how about personalizing? like everyone's shirt has their own name? don't know. just a suggestion since in our previous discussions some people talked about personalized jerseys and stuff.

i'm really REALLY sorry to all the people whom i have offended just by saying that. i know some of you must hate me now. PLEASE DON'T. im just giving my opinion on the issue and it's okay if you dismiss it REALLY. i just want to let y'all know lah. i mean after all, im part of the class right? but if y'all want names, go ahead! after all, we'll all be wearing it and it'll be better that like a few people are unhappy wearing it rather than A LOT of people are unhappy wearing it (though it'll be better if no one is unhappy<3)

2. i have already asked chinwei to discuss with jazlyn about combining the colours with the design so it won't be more than four colours and it won't be expensive.

3. i will be calling the tshirt companies (or whatever you call them) tomorrow to enquire about like the material, cost, sample sizes etc. because i'm a nice person (right.)

4. jaz has sent me the NEW front design. basically, its the same as the one you see on this blog only that at the top of the big lovely heart, there isn't any flowers or stuff. yup. so it looks plainer and i think it's pretty pretty.

5. we HAVE to send the tshirt for printing ASAP because if not we'll end up getting it in like next year and we can't wear it for netball carn!! yup. so i told chinwei by monday night unless really cannot. (PEOPLE, THANK JAZLYN AND CHINWEI NOW)

GOOD EVENING MY DEAR TWELVERS.

Okay. Too sum up discussions on class tee, debby has handed me the minutes [goodness she's a damn efficient secretary please] and so here I am.

Basically the main problem here is that we have to decide whether or not to have names on the t-shirt so that hopefully chinwei will be able to finish touching up the back design by.. er.. I'll say ASAP for now.

I shall now present you the disadvantages and advantages of having names on the class t-shirt.

A:
1. WE WILL REMEMBER WHO USED TO BE IN OUR CLASS.. 10 years down the road perhaps.
2. It's more personalised anyway.

D:
1. It's quite extra since we have to find somewhere to place allll our names.
2. The back design might look somewhat cluttered with too much text.

Good. Now, who wants names and who doesn't? I honestly can't come up with a better way to decide whether or not we should have names. Either all the people who don't want names have a SUDDEN CHANGE OF HEART and want it, or those who want it have a SUDDEN CHANGE OF HEART and don't want it. Which is nearly impossible if you ask me, but your darling secretary and of course ME YOUR EGOCENTRIC AND PRO [so not] CLASS CHAIR WILL HELP YOU GUYS! [to decide, that is.]

CLASS TEE DESIGN

okay. updates. well, firstly, we have to make a decision on whether we want to use jaz's or teesh's design. and if we use teesh's design, we have to pick which one. technically, i was thinking of using jaz's design for the front and teesh's for the back but of course your opinions matter too!

so, mandi and i have picked out 3 printing shops which we possibly might use. we're going to visit all 3 on sunday most likely and check out which is the best. THANK US(: haha.

next, we're sticking to the 4 colours or less thing because if there are more, it'll be expensive. yup. so right, i don't mean to insult your design or whatever, but im sorry chinwei, the first design has like 4 or 5 colours already. which means that the front cannot have other colours so its best to change the colours or something. im so SO sorry. its not that i want to like go against you or anything okay?

so, monday, we'll have to settle the design once and for all NO MATTER WHAT if not we wont get our class shirt because god knows how long they'll take to approve it. yup.

today is a really boring day. but still, happy birthday singapore.. and remember to catch the parade at 6! YES! march ins will be interesting i'm sure.. since most of us have probably observed the difficulty of good bangs and straight lines. gosh.

nancy has sent out an apology letter to mdm r.. on behalf of the class. but we still promise to talk to her..

debby is right btw. class tee design isn't confirmed.. chinwei has another design we all hope we'll be seeing soon.

oh yes. about the class tee design thing, i don't think we can confirm yet. teesh has a design and i kind of saw the rough sketch. it's quite nice. so i think we should give her an equal chance too? BUT i love jaz's design too! (: yup. so teesh, send me soon!

And yep, I agree with rayney and mandi! [to the violent objectors: don't be mad! ><]
I mean if I were Mdm R., I'd feel horrible too =( so try to put yourself in her shoes [or slippers?] okay?

Hmmm...Maybe we should take more initiative like someone just help to turn off the lights, fans and air-conditioners when we're leaving the classroom or something... That would really help a lot =)

our FAVOURITE topic xD: Math Hw!!!

2. Hand up your math assignments if you still haven't done so
3. Prepare your Math PT draft [due on Monday]

ooh and how's the class tee? Does everyone agree to the design? I think we should decide earlier so we can submit our idea as soon as possible for it to get approved. Thanks Jaz for designing it!

Finally finally finally one twelve blog is up. And it's so kirei (pretty) too! Whee.

I still don't get the whole saga thing. Maybe because I wasn't there. :S But now I finally know why your faces were soo black when I looked down at y'all from my high perch of 105.

And yeah, I think we should apologise. Before all of you violent objectors bite my head off, let me say my reasons:

1) Like Mandi said, we are going to be with mdm r. for half more of the year, and I suppose you don't want to make it very disagreeable, do you?
2) We have nothing to lose.
3) Anything to smooth over the tension. Even if you guys can sulk, I can't. I HATE it if everytime she comes in the air would crackle with tension, and your faces would be really black, and she would have a lecture before opening the lesson. And it would waste time, too.

Apologise first, then calmly reason it out with her. It'll be better, trust me. I should know, having done this before with my father. If you reason first, there would be a horrible row, and then it would be harder to apologise later. Then again, if our chairman and vice-chairs and going to talk to her, I guess things would be all ok. :)

Please please please, especially teesh, don't kill me for saying this, ok? I just think we should, and I've listed my points above. If you choose to disregard this, it's ok. It's your opinion, after all. ;)

hello twelvers!

i thought we needed a more open communication point.. so i'm adding all of you to this blog. no more class emails to spam up our inboxes! [hahaha]
PLEASE PLEASE visit at least once a week. since i'll - we'll all - be putting up important announcements, and we can have a homework board.. [if anyone wants to volunteer to do it :DD]

today was good.. i guess?

maybe except that whole drama scene where mdm r gave us a good, really good talking-to. and honestly, we don't have a choice whether or not we want to apologise. the point is, we have to because we're going to be her form class for at least another term. that's a good 10 weeks. and we don't want not-nice remarks on our report books.

although me, nancy and flo will probably be talking to her before we write the whole apology letter. just maybe to clarify.. stuff such as why we got booked a second time..

ehh i hope you guys are actually all aware of what happened o.O

still. TODAY WAS A FUN DAY. [someone blog about our last PSL session. (:]

there'll be more posts soon, and hopefully this blog will last until the end of the year. xD
